bent intake valve and a bad injector was the conclusion

i know it didn't come from my rigged intake , if something had got sucked in then both sides should be messed up, not just the one , but there is nothing that could have gotten in

Not exactly. 1 object, lets say a 8mm nut could pass through the compressor. And being the it is just 1 object it was just chance where it landed. Im glad you found the problem and hope we were able to help.
