Second video shows icon and ips on a full throttle run. As y'all can see it ain't right. I peak out just over 1856 and 86 percent. Not good at all.

Finally trying to hot start. You can see it barely gets to 400psi.

Got the stock 17 degree on and its acting like a normal pickup again. It starts just fine considering its 106 here right now. Im interested to see what was wrong with the pump. I'll update when I know something.

That has to be your issue. Without the chip that is the only thing you changed. Good luck hope that will fix it.

It sounds like it was trying to build hp oil.

The pcm issue you described sounds like something wasnt tight and shorted out and fried the pcm. Orrrrr, you unplugged the chip while cranking/running and it fried the pcm and chip.

Id say plug the chip into that pcm you have and see if it'll even start. If the truck wont run then the chip is a goner.

Did you say the video and problems were only present before the srp1 was swapped in?

The srp1 was the problem. I had no starting issues before install so we tried lots of trouble shooting and finally replaced the pump so we could send it in for diagnosis and rebuild. It starts fine now and the pressure is much better.

Thats good man! I realized, post haste, that I replied in response to something that was said on page 2 of a 5pg thread. LOL How what I said was even remotely on topic is a testament to you guys keeping your thread on topic.

Glad you got 'er figured out!!
