Need help with a romping start up

with the romp, if you hit the accelerator it seems to stop, might take 2 revs for it to stop. Idle is not real rough, but running it does seem a little bit different than before, not as smooth
hasn't done it since I posted this, lol.
I ordered a new icp so i'll do that first. its past time anyways I'm sure.

When mine has romped, I touched the throttle and it quit as well. I mean touched as in just enough for it to see a signal from the peddle and it stopped...
I have never dug into this but at the time I had to do something since my neighbors had people over and it was a little embarrassing LOL
