Yes I'm using the CTS, but in the tow tune it will go up to 3800 psi vs the race tune 1500 psi.

That's probably because the race tune calls for more icp and to do so it fools the computer to read low.

I dont really wanna run the earlier style pump cause I dont really wanna have to mess with changing the branch tubes to the heads and like I said I know the stock 05 pumps have to test at 6000 PSI to be sent out. Obviously with wear milage and other factors that will drop but I do believe that the pumps produce more than enough pressure. And the HPOD system from diesel site seems alot more reasonable price wise than the dual pumps. I have an extra 03 pump so I could do the extra pump but I'm kinda concerned about lines holding pressure with working load pressure and max burst pressure and fittings for the lines.

Pressure is one thing the new style pumps have, but the volume is not there...that's why by increasing the volume more will help...but only until the added volume is used up, and the pressure starts to drop again. Hence the need for a pump to be used in addition to the hpods.

Most tuners skew the pressure reading for reasons i wont say. If you know great. If you dont o well.

With that said. You dont need a mechanical gauge. Just watch your icp voltage. Max pressure sustained should be around 4.6-4.7 volts.

:whs:

also if you get a autometer icp gauge and wire it in right at the sensor it will show you true icp
