Truck is a 2006 ford F250. I bought a used 4.5" lift off of a guy who put a bigger lift on his truck. The price was too good to pass up. He's unsure of the manufacturer because it came with the truck. The kid told him it was a Rize lift but Rize doesn't make a 4.5" lift. Shocks were Rough Country but the kit isn't for sure when I talked to the company. The shocks were made for a 6" lift but the coils measure about 25 3/4 uncompressed so idk if the guy ran it as a 6" at one point or not with a spacer underneath. The blocks are 5" with intermediate block + add a leaf making me think he did. The kit I find almost identical to was the CST(awaiting response from company), but the blocks and add-a-leaf aren't in the kit. I'm thinking the guy might have bought them seperate. Most of the parts are there minus some nuts and bolts and U-bolts for sure.

Contents I have:

Front:
Track Bar bracket
Radius arm brackets
Coil springs
Have some misc nuts & bolts

Back:
Rear blocks(5")
Intermediate blocks
Single leaf
No idea:
Thinking carrier bearing spacers

Contents I dont have (Not sure what I need out of this list)
Pitman Arm
Alignment cams
Misc nuts and bolts
Brake line extensions

Still need:
Swaybar end links
Dual stabilizers
New shocks
Possibly new leaf pack

My biggest concern is whether or not I need a drop pitman arm.. I know some suspensions don't include em and others do.. Is the pitman needed or can the track bar bracket make up for it? I'm not too familiar with these lifts. Can an adjustable track bar with the track bar relocation bracket work instead of a pitman? I know some lifts like superlift a pitman will hit with a track bar relocation bracket. I'm emailing every manufacturer I find to see if they have any of the parts I have part numbers for.

F81a 4a047 AA (Off carrier spacer)
TA131 (Off carrier spacer)
COP48-005 (Off intermediate block)
RPN1435 E (Off add-a-leaf)

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I am almost certain you will need a pitman arm with a 4" and above lift. Now when you say "intermediate block" does that mean that you are stacking blocks in the rear? If so, that's a bad idea... Precision Metal Fab (a site sponsor) can hook you up with any size U-bolts you'll need as well as some very nice sway bar end links. They also make a nice dual stabilizer kit for the 05-07 trucks.

It's the block that goes between the overload and spring pack.. I thought it was called the intermediate block. Excuse my stupidity if I just made something up! Idk how this setup was on the old truck so I'm not sure if this is an overload or AAL.

Oh, and I wasn't going to stack the blocks, the 5" takes places of the stock. I don't even want the damn thing though. I'm pretty sure I'm just going to buy new spring packs since mine are sagging.

I'm a lil clueless on what this part is with the lift, I have it attached to this post. Any one have any ideas? I don't think these are carrier bearing spacers..
