ok so ill try to give as much info as possible here goes. The problem started after lifting the truck more i had a 6 inch procomp lift, i moved to a 7 inch icon with 2.5 inch spacers in the front and all leaf lift in rear. around 55-70 there is a pretty bad vibration you can feel in the whole truck. I have 40 inch toyo mt's with bout 2000 miles on them, has trac bars in rear and has bd power adjustable trac bar, rough country steering dampner. i have check ball joints doesnt seem to be any play in them. any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

just a shot in the dark but did you have a driveline shop check the driveshaft angle? vibrations can happen when the carrier bearing is not at the correct height or the drive-line angle is out.

What kind of truck?

I had the same kind of deal happen on my truck. It was a combination bad lock out hub and front axle shaft u joint. The lockout wouldn't unlock and the u joint had enough play to where it was hanging down and hitting the lower ball joint.
