I was 99% sold on buying a 14 I was driving. But I thought nah I'll go for a quick spin in the 15. I'll be waiting for the Lariet they have to come in now. You know I read so many different things on break in. I always went by the break it in how your going to use it theory. Never done me wrong.

I have about 250 miles on mine since I got it yesterday. It definitely does not spool as fast. Power is better midrange and up. It lacks some bottom end.

I didn't drive this one long enough to notice they. But there seemed to be a dead spot in the pedal

You think they purposely did that to put less stress on the rods? Or is that the nature of the turbo

nature of the turbo pog. any dead spot in the pedal is likely due to emissions tuning. Gotta keep it from creating soot, so they cut the fueling when conditions require.

Here's a picture of a few 15's the dealership had. I test drove one today it definitely has some power then the previous 6.7. The dealership offered me quite a bit on trade for my truck but I am not just ready yet to jump into a new one again.

that's what the 450's look like now... I don't think they've brought back the Tow Boss package. Short run back in '08 only to my knowledge

Tow boss package was available from 05. The 67W wide track option was available from job 2 08's to early 09. That's just the wider axle. Tow boss package just came with 4.30's and a increased GCWR to 26,000 lbs.

My 08 F-350 has the TB package with the 4.30's
