Thanks. I'm over the light bars also. That truck was meant to be over the top, we still install so many and I'm over it. I might do a pair of curved 40's in the bumper or just a pair of them behind a mesh grille.

Light bars have become more of a fad then people that actually use them and I consider most people douche bags that run them.. Well across the windshield. But you can tell who actually uses them for a purpose.

Can't wait to see the end product! I've always wanted a lifted dually! The guy's at Rudy's are some good people for sure!

Well I pulled the trigger on some wheels. I was having a really really hard time deciding between Fuel and AF, Fuel was willing to do some one off stuff for me, but I ultimately decided I couldn't live without 10 lugs. So I have some 24" Scopes on the way. I am getting them in a raw finish. I'll either coat them so crazy color or just go clear for something different. We'll see how they look once they arrive.

I'm going to order coil overs next week. Going with a pair of FOA 2.5's with resi in the coil location and a pair of 2.5 Bypasses with resi shocks in the stock shock location, same shocks for the rear. The lift will be Rough Country 6" parts, they're new radius arm kit (I wanted this just bc all my others have had 4 links and I want to put led's in them)
I went with they're kit bc it was pretty much given to me as well as I have done business with them for 20 years and the basic components are solid, just needs some help in the shock department. We'll build a set of traction bars in house so the arms will match.
Next up are painted grille shell, paint the emblems and get to work on my head lights.

Now I just need to decide on a grille and what to do bumper wise. I really like Fab Fours new Vengance series.

And for future reference, those Pilot Led's suck ass. I've already had to swap out the 5 chip ones I used in the cab lights. Suprisingly, the 9 chip ones are all perfect. I bought some 5050 5 chips from Oznium.com and they're doing good so far and are much much brighter.

Here's my last Dually I built in '13

24" AF Liberty's with machined windows and 38" Trail grapplers.

I really like some of the Fuel drw stuff, and they have more options for a single wheel front set up than AF does, just not sure I want to go that route yet.

AF'S "scope" has caught my attention for the normal 10 lug set up.

If you guys don't mind me asking.... It looks like some of you buy these damn near $70k trucks, then put another 30k or maybe even way more than that in aftermarket goodies, then a year or two later start all over and do it again with a new truck???? **** man, ya'll certainly doing your part in stimulating this obozo economy!!!! Damn man, just DAMN!!!!!

It is an expensive one, but fun as can be and luckily I am fortunate enough to own a business that gets to build cool trucks everyday.

Front coil overs are ordered and should be here in a week. I'm debating on what shock set up to run, I can't decided between their standard 2.5 with resi, or step up and do some 2.5 bypasses with resi's.

I had my powder coater order up the Prismatic part numbers so the lift and other misc. suspension parts will be going over there in two weeks.

My installer and I also nailed down what we are doing with the head lights, I'm hoping to have them done in a few weeks if we get some free time to build them. Projectors, color shift, switch backs and fog lights (not 2" led's)

Did you order coils or coil overs? If you in fact got coil overs, make sure both shocks are valved for each other.

You can never go wrong with bypasses, they look Amazing!

I ordered coil overs. FOA is custom building them for me, so no inconsistencies to worry about. I agree 100% about the bypasses looking killer, total overkill for what I use the truck for, but being a "shop" truck totally justifiable.

I've always run Nitto Trail Grapplers. I'll probably stick with them this go around also.

How many miles do you normally get out of them and what tire pressure do you normally run them out? These were going to be my next set of tires.

I've never owned a set last 20K due to selling the truck by the . But most of my customers see 40-45K out of them, some more.

Still waiting on the wheels, but I have some other parts ready to go on. Rosen DVD headrest and amp steps. My powder coater brought the prismatic sample by that he sprayed for me. These two pics are the same sample, just different lighting, I dig it!

Pretty sure I'm going to paint the axles pearl white also.

Still deciding on what to do bumper wise. I'll either leave the stock ones and paint them, or go with some Fab Four Vengeance ones.

Wheels showed up. I dropped them off at PC, I am having them done in a silver finish.
Also had a little free time to get the Rosen headrest installed today.

Adapters are done. This is the color for the suspension.

Wheels will be done this week and I just got the c/overs in today so the springs and suspension pieces will go to p/c this week also.

I've got the Nittos on mine, which are throwing chunks of rubber. I would totally go with the Toyos...

Not much travel out of that coil over? Seems that way from the pic.
