id roll with the copper. it will oxidize a little but that just adds to the originality of the copper idea. its not exposed to a whole lot of moisture. id be willing to bet that in a year it looks the same just a little dulled. awesome idea. i have some 4" aluminum conduit im going to bend and do the same thing with.
