i would pull it off and check. its not really a big job. aside from that, i cant remember if you can watch vane sweep on ids or not.

Any way to verify that's what it is? Or just pull it off, clean it, reinstall and see if it's better?

If you have AE just command the veins closed then open you will hear a change in the exhaust sound. If no change the veins are stuck.

Awesome thread! Looks like these guys are helping you zero in on the problem. It makes sense that it could be the vanes and not a stuck caliper with the boost being that much higher, especially since bp is high too. You will usually know right away if you have a caliper that is dragging pretty good. My truck would start hopping when the one on the rear would stick. Plus, I would hear it ticking real bad from the metal contracting when I would get out of the truck. One time it was so bad that it was smoking some.
