Is the ez-lynk locked to one vehicle at one time? or can you have it tune another truck while the first truck is tuned as long as you buy another support pack for that vin, or no?

Not to dredge up old threads....but does anyone have up to date reviews on PPEI/******* setup with the EZ Lynk...wanna pull the trigger this week, just cant decide which tuner to go with.
