new U bolts for a 1inch rear lift?

well i ordered a 2.5 inch lift for the truck.... the damn thing netted me 3 full inches of lift. now my truck sits 1/2inch taller in the front than the rear.



well.... time to order a bigger block for the rear.


does anyone know if i will need new U bolts for a 1in rear lift block?

It will be very close. To make sure, measure the amount of threads exposed above the top of the nut on the ubolts. I would always suggest at LEAST 1/4" of threads exposed at min.

Any local spring and suspension shop can custom bend any length you need.

I'm lucky... 4wheelparts has a shop about 5 minutes from me here in Denver....
