With a competent tuner, you will make cleaner cooler power with the bigger nozzle, assuming everything that makes an injector work is up to snuff. The bigger nozzle allows a tighter injection window, which helps keep egts and smoke down.

ok, this makes since. Thanks for the info, I appreciate it.

I see you have powerstruck tunes^^ how do you like them? Very curious about any feedback.

I don't have any other tunes to compare to with my current setup but I think they are ok. I am still working to get some things fine tuned. My stock pump should be able to keep up since it was ok with the stock split shots. It now cant make over 1500 PSI on my hottest tune when above 3/4 throttle. PW is in the high 4.5's. under 3/4 and it holds 2800 - 3000 all day long.

I had PHP when my truck was stock and loved Bills tunes. I hope to make it down his way to get live tuning done some day.

And I wish I had a Hydra, Hope to be ordering one soon so I dont have to send my chip back and forth for adjustments any longer.

After changing pedestal, outlet and Hpop rebuild its like a different truck. Was planning on doing the fuel mods this week. When I bought the truck I asked the guy who owned it what kind of mileage he was getting. His reply"I don't know,I never put more than 20$ worth in it catch time" so when I bought it I was traveling from NC to DC every week and filling it up. No telling what kinda crap is in the pickup in the tank. But all that's on hold now. Sunday On my way down to Augusta I crammed all in the back of a SUV at 65mph. Everyone was ok thank God! The airbag sure whipped my ass though! Those things hurt. So now I'm going to need a whole front clip. Any suggestions?

Thanks for all the info everyone. My f250 sd ccsb 4x4 has been running great. Replacing all those parts and rebuilding Hpop has done wonders. I had planned on doing my fuel system this week and next but unfortunately I had an accident. It's in the shop having a the whole front clip replaced. Everything is coming off of a 2005 450. Intercooler, condenser, radiator, pwr steering cooler, support, front drivers fender.
I looked up the 05 f450 rear axle and it has a Dana 110 410 gears. There is 4" difference in the center to center leaf springs. I've been assured by someone who hS done this swap that it will work by simply cutting the welds off the axle and moving them out to fit my frame. It comes with all the hardware. 1500$ for the axle. Is this a better idea than using adapters to convert to drw? I already have 350 blocks and springs. I've heard bad things about adapters but no one I know has ever had a problem.

Hopefully in the next 2 weeks I'll have my truck back on the road again. I was expecting to have it fixed by now but the the guy had a couple body men quit on him so it's been delayed. I'm going to have to get tires as soon as it gets done. My mechanic is booked till October and I know I need my injector orings at least need to be replaced. I guess I'll call the dealership and get a price on orings and price on labor and go from there. I was really hoping to upgrade to the 160's with a 38r but orings and ww2 billet with fuel mod is about as much as I'll spend on it for now. And get a chip from dp. I like the idea of Bluetooth and being able to monitor with iPad. Any of you guys got this chip with Bluetooth? And how do you like it?
