no dash lights

I cannot figure out why my dash lights wont work. I was screwing around with my brothers and the radio fell out of the dash and dash lights and the temp control back light wont work. Do you have any ideas on what it is? I checked fuse 41, 35, and 4 they were good.

Let me guess an aftermarket radio. I bet they tied into the wire for the lighting and when the radio fell out it broke that connection or caused a short.

Mine did this once after an install make sure its connected behind the dash where you flip the headlights on (little knob left of steering wheel)

Check to make sure the "Orange" or Orange w/ white stripe wire did not come loose on the back of the radio.

i just checked the orange wire on the radio and i dont see any niks or cuts in, Do you have any other ideas, i dont wanna have to put it in the shop

Seems almost silly, but the wheel for the dimmer isn't turned down is it?

No its not turned down but I relieved that my tail lights arnt working either

when i did mine i forgot to plug the dimmer switch back in LOL
