i'm going to throw out that there have been ppl here giving you suggestions, and your shooting them down, or not doing them because you have to do some extra work to get at them, or you don't "think" it would be the problem.

and you'll notice, if you read back through the thread, that your help started disappearing when you started doing that. and i don't say that to be a a$$ or anything, i just point that out to make a observation. you came asking questions for help, you were given help and chose not to accept it for a variety of your own reasons, none of which made sense to the ppl offering help as all the suggestions were all diagnostic in nature to help either determine your issue or narrow it down.

carry on, and hope you get heat soon. its cold outside.

im literally out of money at this point.

i dont think it is, cause i dont have any coolant in my oil

You can rent the wrench at your local Autozone for free.

Try a different part store then. I know for a fact you can rent the right one for free since you'll probably only use it once.

I live pretty far from any stores, let alone part stores .I'm okay with buying it.

You wouldn't happen to know for sure if it is in fact a 42mm like the 6.0 would you?

Ordered the fan clutch tool today, as soon as it gets here I'm pulling the pump just to make sure it actually works

Tool got here today, so hopefully this weekend I'll be able to pull the pump and inspect it

Pump is good, I am officially out of ideas.
There is some cavitation as well, I don't want to change the front cover, but I think I probably need to

It's definitely not the updated version, but I don't think you can combat the cavitation

I'd like to see what temp the engine is reading. Is the fan clutch locked on?
