Been doing some testing on mikeys new intercooler..least to say this thing is built extremely well and is heavvvy....install was pretty easy took about a hour had to loosing the bumper up to install it and that was about it

So far i have noticed quicker spoolup and lower egts at highway speeds by 100 degrees...wot pulls seem to be a little lower...biggest thing i have noticed is i was reading boost from straight out of the turbo and before was 78psi and now is 72 psi

Is a radiator an issue on these trucks? I know of early issues but I've never had a problem.

I think he is meaning a better quality one more like an BeCool or such all aluminum set up. Wouldn't be cheap at all though given the over all size of them is huge by huge.

It does have a bar and plate core, the only ic I have experience with is the spearco, and this is thicker aluminum and welded inside and out, for high boost applications. 100psi at 700+ IAT entering. The core shows less than 1lb of loss across the core.
