Unplug your ICP sensor and try starting it. If it doesnt, next unplug your EBP sensor on the front of the motor and try to start.

I am not sure on which relay it is out of a van but there is a relay that controls the PCM power.

You might want to pull the PCM connector and verify that you have power on pin 97. I believe that the pins on the van are the same as they are on a pickup. Just wondering are you getting any other lights when your turn the key on?

Anyone else? Anyone have a picture or diagram showing where the 22 slot is? Iv triple checked all the fuses under the hood but would like to be sure I am in the right one

Your big problem is that you have a Frankenstein truck. Some van parts some pickup parts. That is where a lot may give you some information which will be wrong for one vehicle or the other.

Here is the Power Distribution Box for a pickup. I am not sure if it is the same for a van if that is indeed the fuse box that you have.

Here is a picture of the box under the hood , the 20 amp fuse for 22 or at least the only 20 amp fuse under the hood is still good

I am in the same boat as we type. Sent off pcm thinking it was bad and it tested ok. If I find something I will post it here.

Getting no smoke out of the exhaust , taken the ground off and cleaned them , checked all the fuses and they were good , re checked the pcm connector and am getting power to the 97 pin , I am lost

EDIT , just went out to ohm test a pin on the pcm connector and as i loosen it i hear the relay click on then click off, so i sit there and wiggle the connector back and forth and hear the relay click on and off so i found my problem...

Did you try spraying contact cleaner?

anyone have a possible fix for this? the connector is barley threaded in and it turns everything on , literally half a turn inward on the bolt and everything shuts back off , thread the bolt half a turn back out and everything turns back on,

Try cleaning the contacts with some contact cleaner. I would disconnect both batteries before doing that as well. Check to make sure the connector pins are not able to push out the back of the connector. Cheers!

will go back out and try cleaning them again , and will double check the pins!

EDIT , re cleaned it, checked if anything was loose or moving around and nothing happened, seems if i push down on the bottom of the connector when its barley in, it works , if i go to bolt it in then its shuts back off

I think you need a new connector, that's going to be fun rewiring it...
