they are splits and I have a solus ultra at work i am able to use.your thinking a bad sensor possibly

no, I'm thinking that it sounds exactly like you are dropping a TON of actual ICP pressure...like a mechanical LEAK somewhere in the system..

a sensor couldn't cause this.

inj poppet valve(s), o-ring(s), IPR valve, etc...

My bet is old and worn out IPR.
Golfer is a smart dude.

Sent from my truck while eating, adjusting the radio and passing a Mustang sideways.

ok I got my numbers and on the 75hp tune the ipr goes to 2400 psi and on te 140 it struggles to get over 2000psi the MGP sensor reads no more than 16.9 and the gauge goes to 21. I have 7 codes from all this. The truck does just up and die some times when letting the clutch out i will restart te truck and it will be fine for alittle bt and when i go to leave a stop light it starts to pull out and then shuts off. The codes are
P0750 Shift selonoid A
P0755 Shift selonoid B
P0743 TCC system Etetrical fault
P1754 Coast control selonoid
P1747 Pressure Control selonoid short
P0720 output speed sensor fault circuit
P0541 Intake heater

Any input would be greatly welcome

OK I am assuming he is running an AT PCM with a stick as most of those codes are for an auto trans. Looks like by the numbers that either the HPOP is shot or the IPR is bad.

ok well I know he got the pcm out of the junk yard right after he got the truck so that could be true and would either of those 2 sensors give the truck the stall when the clutch is being let out?

Idle pressure is fine. None of those codes would make the truck stall. Air heater not needed, and the rest of the codes are auto trans related so they mean nothing.
