Yea I'm not super worried about that voltage. But if there is a bad wire, than it's definitely not liking that low if voltage

My truck gets down to 10.9-11.1 volts in the dead of winter with the glow plugs on and the truck cranks and starts no problem.

Pcm requires 10.5v to fire the injectors. Either get another truck on it with jumper cables or a battery charger with it set on jump start. How old are the batteries in the truck?

The lower 5 pins on the PCM were corroded. Cleaned up the pins/sockets, got a PW reading and the motor started.

This was good. As we move forward with maintaining these old trucks, the real battle will become the electrical troubleshooting. We need a home for all of these types of threads/posts in the library-- especially those with good outcomes.
