Pcm requires 10.5v to fire the injectors. Either get another truck on it with jumper cables or a battery charger with it set on jump start. How old are the batteries in the truck? My truck gets down to 10.9-11.1 volts in the dead of winter with the glow plugs on and the truck cranks and starts no problem.

I definitely would be worried.Yea I'm not super worried about that voltage. But if there is a bad wire, than it's definitely not liking that low if voltage
Thats good. Are they clean enough to just make it work or did you get it thoroughly so it can stay that way without replacement.Fixed
The lower 5 pins on the PCM were corroded. Cleaned up the pins/sockets, got a PW reading and the motor started.

Nice! Good job man! Knew it was electrical. Bad connection or low voltage or both. Good find.I'm going back today to de-pin the PCM connector and thoroughly clean everything. I did clean the PCM.
