No Start - 06 F250

Hey folks, I am frustrated and looking for another set of eyes on this problem. 2006 Ford F250 6.0L PSD.

I had a prolonged crank that worsened when engine was hot. Eventually, it left me with a no start when hot. After cooling down for an hour, engine started after a prolonged crank.

I replaced the passenger side dummy plug and stand pipe. I took it for a test drive and before shutting the engine off, had throttled up to 3000 rpm and then engine shut off. I then and still have a complete no start situation.

I replaced the driverside dummy plug and stand pipe. I found a dummy plug o-ring was blown out. Put everything back together and still no start.

I replaced the STC fitting and seals on HPOP connections and still no start. I unplugged the ICP sensor and it had no effect. Sensor does not appear to have any oil seeping through.

I plugged in AutoEnginuity with the Ford Expansion and found the following codes:

P2285 Injector Control Pressure Sensor Circuit Low
P2614 (CMP) Output Circuit Open
P2617 (CKP) Output Circuit Open
U1900 CAN Communication Bus Fault - Receive Error
B1869 Lamp Air Bag Warning Indicator Circuit Open
B1318 Battery Voltage Low
B1352 Iginition Key in Circuit Fault

I attribute the B- and U-codes to low voltage and repeated starting attempts.

FICM Voltage during cranking maintains above 48V.
IPR values raise to above 80% during cranking.
ICP desired reads above 1200psi
ICP actual reads no higher than 305psi (obviously lower than the 500 required to fire injectors)

At this point I am thinking the HPOP, but would like another set of eyes looking at this information before I spend that money.

Thank you all for your support!

You still have a ICP leak. Did you pressure test the system with air pressure? The leak could be a injector top seal.
Probably the reason you have the CMP and CKP codes is because when you are cranking the engine continuously and the batteries get week, the crank RPM slows down and CMP and CKP can't pick up the signal. Also check the IPR valve and see if the screen has a hole in it, if it does some debris could be in it causing your problem.
