I think the gauges not working, no throttle response, and blowing the #19 fuse is likely related to a shorted wire on top of the steering column... there's a thread on here about it somewhere, it's fairly common, though I've never had the issue. I'm probably wrong but I think it is a yellow wire with a red tracer????
