Anyone thats ran a non vgt turbo on a 2005 or later did yalls factory boost gauge work? I have a tune that's for non-vgt but the trucks still throwing a code for the vgt sensor and my boost gauge doesnt move at all. I haven't driven the truck much at all so dont know if I get in it if it move.. just wanted to check here first. Thanks

It won't effect the map sensor. Check and make sure you didn't take the line from the passenger side of the intake to the map sensor. But more than likely you will Max it out. Most max out at 29psi.
You can also take a vgt solenoid out of a turbo, plug it I'm and set it in the valley and the code will go away

Okay thanks I apperciate it, I got a trashed turbo I can pull the vgt out of, and ur talking about the line that goes from the left side of intake? I've checked it and the map sensor is plugged in and the hose is connected to map sensor amd intake.. i guess ill couple check it for cracks and make sure hose isn't plugged up or anything. I apperciate it.

The nipple in the intake can get plugged up with soot from the egr.
