Hello all, I am new here, but have found many helpful articles in the past. Just looking for a little guidance! First off, I have a 2008 6.4 with 160k miles. Running Sct livewire ts with rudys tunes. Egrs are gone, turbo back exhaust, along with turbo back exhaust and intake. The problem I have recently encountered is that I am building zero boost. But no codes have been thrown. I returned the truck back to stock, to try and see if the Sct would read any codes. But it will not read anything eventhough several lights are on! I pulled the ebp sensor today along with the tube and cleaned them, there was very little soot in them. I guess my question is what should I check out next? I have checked all boots, there is a little soot on the firewall below the turbos. Everything that I can see on up pipes looks clean. Thank you in advance, your help is very appreciated

Pull the map sensor out and see if its clean. Ive seen them plugged, granted these trucks were stock. Also, Check and make sure at least he low pressure turbo is spinning. Pull the inlet off and see if you can turn the wheel by hand, the hi pressure is a lot harder to do, but if you got some time, maybe check it as well.

lay under the truck with it in park and running while a buddy stabs the throttle. shine a light up the back of the motor and see if you get a cloud of smoke. my bet is completely cracked uppipe.

I had a MAP sensor actually crack at the little nubby that the vacuum line is clamped to broke off. Was fun trying to diagnose that. Wasn't throwing any codes or anything. Just would intermittently fall on its face while driving.

Id check as stated above. Up pipes from underneath and the map sensor for any cracks or crud inside.
