Not getting fuel when cold starting

[96 7.3 kid]

I don’t think my truck (96 f350) is getting fuel when cold starting, it turns over way faster and zero smoke is coming out when turning over. But when pull started I don’t have to pull it more then 5 feet and it fires right up no problems, and I do not have this problem when the engine is warm, it fires right up. Any idea what is causing that?

The glowplugs/gpr might be worn out?
