I don't remember which way it was, but the f150 has the middle two bolts on the other side of the wheel wells than my 350 did. I think the f150 bed had the two middle bolts toward the back of the truck from wheel wells whereas the f350 frame and old bed the bolts were toward the front of the truck from the wheel wells. Like I say, I don't remember which way for shure and can't check as that bed went to scrap as I have a much nicer one coming along with all other matching panels to replace the whole body on my truck in really nice shape [/QUOTE]
