I have a question for you guys. Not exactly OBS related but more lifted truck bigger tires question.

I know my 36" tires throw my speedometer waaayyy off but do they also alter how many miles I have driven judging by the dash. Not exactly sure how to explain it. I guess do the tires fool the computer system in to thinking I have driven less miles than I actually have?

Yep... Larger tires slow down the speedo/odo...

I think it does but just by a little bit, maybe .05 of a mile off, if that, per mile. i know with my 315's i wasnt getting a true mile when compared to mile post signs, but it was almost there.

I have a 97 OBS with a 7.3 Powerstroke. curently as some of you might know, It is not running yet. (still under the knife)

But current mods on the pickup are.. ZF6 Transmission, AirDog II, DP-Tuner< (will be getting a reburn soon) Stealth dual HPOP, ARP head studs, 910 Valve springs shimed, 4" strait pipe exhaust system, and a turbo mount form Irate Diesel with a GT42 bolted on..

That is all for now.. Injectors on the way and more things yet to come..
