im looking into putting a gtp38r in my 97 obs and was wondering about what all i would need to install it. like manifolds? up pipes? pedestal? and if my current 3-1/2" downpipe would work on it. if anyone can help me that would be awesome!!!!

I had looked into doing just what you propose. Some say use a SD driver manifold.
On my truck that would not work as the SD manifold is longer I have no spare room.
I got all the parts together to mock the SD turbo on my core engine. I wan going to build my own hybrid bellowed up pipes....I built my kit for a s468 instead in the end.
.i may build a set for my brother in law someday to do it...maybe

You need 99.5+ up pipes, plenums, spyder, and turbo pedestal. Plus an intercooler, pipes and related boots and clamps for everything. I'm not sure if you need manifolds.
