pulled off ebps tube today and soaked it for a few hours.
it was clogged completely.
sensor was full of soot.
buying another one.
cleaned out the tube with a drill and square weed wip line.
took forever but i think it was the first time (250k) it was cleaned.
getting sensor hopefully tommorow if the stealership has one.
ill see if it makes any difference in the way it drives.

went to the dealership and got a ebps and tube.
my tube would not clean out to my satisfaction.
runs way better now.
faster startups, smother idle.
less haze at idle when cold.
i cant wait untill vacation is over lol
finally will have time to install more parts.

were do you see plenty of room on a obs for gates?
?

There's two on mine. WOP put a 50-60mm gate on the white truck as well as ran a 5" down pipe in the frame off the atmosphere. You just have to have an eye for what you are doing. Most don't and make comments about it not being possible lol

there is one on your truck factory you can read it with a data logger or buy a boost gauge 0-60 and pipe it in cooper and be allset

Experience goes a long way in helping people bud. That sensor is no good for real time data and results. The BP gauge is a good idea and that port would be available to use as you suggested.

i will be using that port somehow to measure bp.
im thinking of using a distribution block that fits the hard line from the manifold,
splitting for the ebps and bp gauge.
i know tuners will over ride the sensor but ill be honest,

im running 350 200s on stock pcm with no chip.
had tunes for these injs but it is so much happier with stock settings.
low smoke, stock pedal, untill 1/2 throttle is normal.
after that, hold on.
looks like my next thing to buy is a locker.

second gear is no friend to my tires.
30 mph roll on...

i would suggest against running no tune and hammering on the truck you will over fuel and could burn a valve

It fuels less with no chip.
Faster with no chip.
Less smoke with no chip.
Quieter with no chip.
Basically a set of Stg 1.5
Normal egts.
Only 30 psi boost.
No romping with no chip. Cold or hot.
My tuner refuses to get back to me about the tunes for these injs.
I will not reveal any info as to who it is.
I know everyone is busy...
But the tunes are way off.
Stock PCM feels like a normal truck not chomping at the bit constantly.
And the cruise works phenomenal with out it in.

I have a .98 housing on my truck now with a GT4202 charger. I don't think you would want to go bigger for the street.

Mine will def have a bp gauge.

Ok vendors, my tuner will not return any correspondence.
Neither email, text or phone calls.
I have a chip. Need tunes for 350 200s.
Please pm me pricing and to discuss options for tunes.

1. Great way to talk to a potential customer as a vendor. I see lots of business in your future.

2. It is my decision to keep the name out of this. I don't want anyone to be detured because of my experience with the tuner.

3. If you want to post totally non helpful comments go back to the nation and stay out of my thread.

I think what Steve is getting at is that its hard to help you with your tuning needs and issues with your current tuner, if there's no base to start from. For people to give advice, suggestions, etc, you obviously don't want them recommending the person/company that you already have issues with. That's what I took away from his post anyway.

Hope you get it straightened out man.
