Odometer reading differs from PCM

Got a truck with a cluster that reads 1776 hours and 53k miles which matches each other but when plugged into IDS the PCM read 93k miles...

Possible someone swapped PCM or cluster and didn't reflash?

Ids isnt reading km is it? I know some of the updates ive done ive had to go in and change that stuff.
