Thank you for all the opinions, I was pretty cautious about the motor to begin with and now I am confident in my decision to stay away from it. I picked up a complete running motor from a local wrecker for $300, I'm gonna put it on the stand and build it myself. My horsepower goal is around the 500hp mark but I want to build my motor so I'll never have to be concerned about running that much power.
