Opinions on RCD tunes

So I take it that RCD tunes have come a long way and are good ones which is the better platform for them SCT or spartan

+1^ I've heard mixed reviews about RCD. Mostly all of the negative stuff was a couple years back. Seems like all good reviews over there now.
