Cutting the overlap down to the minimum 8" might be a good idea for future installers, mine rattled like crazy until I shortened the inside section of the bars. A ton of chatter bumps on these dirt roads doesn't help

You could've wrapped the inner tube with tape or used some RTV to dampen the rattle.

oh no kidden..There was a batch of bars where the tolerances were off causing the bars to rattle.

From the rear bolt to the washer/cup for the bushing on front mount....88 1/2".

not necessarily.. that is the entire point of "adaptable" length.. can fit many configurations. just needs a recommended 8 inches or more of overlap to be properly installed.. ouo makes a solid one piece bar too..So would PMF's be better then since they aren't a 2 piece??
