Should also mention that there is a plastic bushing between the master cyl pushrod and the clutch pedal. Usually will break one or two of the barbs off when removing it. Should still be useable but have a spare on hand just in case.
Try to pry from underneath the bushing; you might get lucky.

You are NOT going to like that clutch for plowing snow. Either that or you are gonna have a right leg that you could leg press 10,000lbs with lol.

That's what I thought. My wife uses the truck regularly and she weighs 100 lbs so I'm sure she would kill me. She loved the pedal pressure as it is now because it is so soft.

Her leg will weigh that alone after a plow season ;)

I'm about 6'4 an 260lbs and MY leg hurts after driving one of those in traffic with the stock hydraulics.

Tensixniner has got the hydraulics figured out. Makes the clutch pretty reasonable.

I keep mine on the 250 tune with stock clutch and can slip it at will. Had it like this for over two years now. The clutch is starting to rattle in neutral however so I will be looking to upgrade soon. I'm also thinking of finally updating my dashdaq to get the bigger tunes so it's just a matter of time before the stocker is going to give up.

Man Trans tunes are not strategy flash compatible so you'll need to contact Spartan directly to get your tunes updated. Newer tunes have been refined quite a bit in the last 2 years. Definately do this first.

The rattle won't bother me it's going to be the "grabbiness" I will have trouble with. I haul lots of trailers and also snowplow with it.

If your actually going to use your truck for towing and plowing I wouldn't go for the 3850. I would suggest that if your going to buy a South Bend clutch call them to find out what they offer, get a suggestion and then buy directly from them.

The 3250 pedal pressure feels just like stock and they now have a new dual friction dual disc clutch that uses this pressure plate.

To me it seems like a better match for you. There is at least one review of it in the South Bend vendor section on CompD.
