Working on that right now.
Times like this really make me wish my IPR wasn't in my front pump.
Or that I had the relocation duhickey.

So what could give me such inconsistent test results?

What are you getting for ICP when you crank it?
If you clear the codes then do a KOEO test what codes do you have?
Will the injectors buzz when you do a buzz test?
And you have fuel pressure??? rite?
I have seen the ICP curcuit fail in a PCM before.

As for ICP around 150.
For codes read post #18 they are all over the board.
The injectors buzz properly all sounding the same.
And yes full fuel press. 64#.
That's kind of my thoughts about the PCM as well.
But having the truck apart again I'm going to clean the IPR and re assemble.
Such a pita with twin pumps.
Should have that done later tonight.

There are times where no icp registers as well.
Ill have the ipr cleaned tonight.
Hope that gets it humming.

Check the wires between the IPR valve and the PCM for continuity, if thats good plug in a different PCM.

So just ohm at the pigtail from one to another?
That won't hurt the PCM will it? If its good...
Also spoke with some vendors and they said with twin 17* I need another oil
Feed line running to the top of the resivor.
