Sure can.

No WTS light is telling me the PCM is not working for one reason or another.

Sent from my truck while eating, adjusting the radio and passing a Mustang sideways.

Try exiting the truck. Lock the doors and unlock it with the key, not the FOB.

Check for 5 volt reference voltage to the Brown/White wire at any of the 3-wire sensors - MAP, ICP, EBP, CPS.

If voltage is low or not present at all disconnect all of the sensors one by one to see if voltage returns to normal. If voltage does not return suspect a shorted wire or a failed PCM.

Good luck.

I'll chime in..
hey, is the PCM fuse under the hood on an '03 or is it under the dash like a '99

do the 03's have a fuel bowl heater like the 99's do?

They have a fuel bowl heater, but it looks more like an electric stove burner than a thin wire. No clue where the fuse for it is though.

IIRC, I looked for a fuel heater fuse on multiple trucks and its always tied in with aomething else in the panel under the dash

he needs power on four fuses to run..
#30 in the dash
#'s 106, 112, & 113 under the hood
30 powers PCM diode, low side of the PCM relay, wastegate controller, and fuel bowl heater

106 is the high amp side of the IDM relay, 112 is the high side of the fuel pump relay, 113 the high side of the PCM relay

No WTS light would be 30 or 113
my bet is 30

this story is a few years old but...

Perfect. I also am betting on 30 or 113. Or the PCM relay itself. If those fuses are good, pull them, shoot some contact cleaner in there and scrub them with your wife or girlfriends nail file.
