Parking brake comes off and on

Ride down the road and just comes on and off at random. Sometimes does not. I don't have any brake lights out.

probably a worn out e brake mech mine got to where i would hit a bump and it would set it one click and kill my cruse i just ended up unplugging the sensor on the ebrake mech

The parking brake light illuminates due to:

1) the parking brake being set
2) the brake fluid is low
3) (as bugman mentioned) low vacuum

Are you referring to the switch that is on the ebrake? I assume so. I will try this but I think I will just pick up a pump.

put new vac pump on. Time will tell if it fixed it.

Did you disconnect the wire at the e brake?

Does the pedal pop back up when you pull the release? If not I'd say a broken cable sheath.

This is an auto so it gets used very little. And to be honest I do believe so but I will check for sure.
