Part # for fuel filter? Dealership selling me wrong one

Dealership sold me the one on the left with the smaller hole. But my truck only fits the one with a larger hole, which they can't seem to find.

This happened to me doing filter replacement. Ended up having to go to advanced auto and buying the cap and filter. The individual filters had the smaller hole. the one that came on the cap and filter had the bigger hole.

Its probably because you dont have the oem ford cap on it.

Riffraff shows that as the factory cap, at least from the top. They show the filter on the left as the OE filter as well.

Yeah the guy at the dealership was showing me a diagram and it had the same cap also....

I have a stock 95 filter housing in my shop ill go look and see what the cap looks like underneath.

That's a stock cap where the filter clips into the cap.

The factory filter part number is F4TZ9N184A if you are buying it from Ford.

Here are all the filters that will fit a factory housing:
