Depending upon exactly how gnarly of a tire you're looking for, Cooper has some solid offerings. I put some Discoverer STT Pro's on about 12,000 miles back and love 'em. Plain, factory size, 275/65R20 ran me around $1300 if I remember right. Best thing is, Cooper is all-American. Very minimal treadwear at this time as well.

They make a little noise on the highway, but with the radio on it's negligible. Not bad to tow with either. Do expect to see the mileage dip a little across the board, my old best (via the truck's computer) was 23 even on the highway, unloaded. Now it's tapping out on the 20 mark.
