I think a good S2 turbo and a set of 175/30's would accomplish exactly what you're after. Shoot me a PM if you're interested in some pricing.
We have seen awesome dyno numbers, track times and driveability out of this combo. It exactly what I'm doing with my truck. Looking for a comfortable driving, clean running 525-550 on fuel. More with water/meth and nitrous. The S2's are doing very well with everything from stock injectors on up to small nozzle 190's (190/30's and 175/100's won't clean all the way up, but are still very controlable @ WOT with a haze).
