Your truck is a 250 right? Mine don't rub at all.

Yes. Same as the OP's.

I honestly don't see how it's possible for a 325 not to rub with factory wheel back spacing. Mine rubbed with Nitto's and Toyo's in a 325. Spacers would prevent it, but that is almost a 13" wide tire and 12.50's come VERY close to rubbing.

I can take pics of my radius arms if you want. No rubbing whatsoever.

Wonder why mine rubbed with the exact same tire and exact same wheel size/back spacing? It's not like our trucks suspensions are any different. Ford puts the same axle up front and same radius arms up front. Lol

I've seen all the pictures you've taken of the different suspension set ups and this is by far the best looking set up you've had in my opinion. It's simple and looks awesome in person too and is a very nice truck.

The only thing I can think of is a truck with the snow plow prep springs up front vs one without them. My truck and my friends truck have them and they sit very level with stock suspension. Did yours have those springs in it or did it have a factory rake to it?

Mine rubed the radius arms till I got my rims. Now they will rub the fenders. Alittle cutting solved that problem.

The 325's I had rubbed the radius arms with a leveling kit. Ride height doesn't matter. You could have 6" of lift but if the backpacking isn't correct on the wheel, your tires will rub the radius arms. When I went to the BMF's, no more rubbing. The wheels had less back spacing. My 295/60/20's don't rub the radius arms.
