Replaced the injector cups over the weekend on a buddies truck. It is a 2001 model. I have done this same job now on 7 other trucks for family and friends and have never have an issue. But for some reason this truck will not start at all. We have cranked on this thing for two days now and no start.

We hooked AutoEnginuity to it yesterday and found that after about 10 seconds of cranking it will only hit around 350 icp and once it hits that it will bounce up and down from 200-350 if you keep cranking but will never go any higher.

We have tried an ICP sensor, IPR valve, new ICP pigtail, new IPR pigtail, pulled injectors back out to make sure no orings got damaged and we have tore the engine harness apart looking for bad wires from the big connector to the valve covers, IPR and ICP.

We are STUMPED. It has no codes. It ran perfect before we tore it apart to do cups due to fuel in coolant.

What are we missing?

Any help will be appreciated. Thank You

Yes, all fuses are good. HPOP reservoir is full. We pulled the ICP sensor and cranked it for a couple seconds and it pushes oil out.

Batteries are good. Even hooked up charger for extra little boost.

EBPV was never unhooked.

We found where all the oil is going. We put an ICP sensor on end of the HPOP lines one at a time while cranking and letting other line feed each head. One of the injectors is bypassing the oil straight through. Never had this happen before. I am assuming the poppet is stuck open?

It is fixed. I honestly have no clue exactly what was wrong with it. I just took it apart down to the poppet and cleaned the poppet and bore and put a new upper internal oring in it that I had left over from a DIY kit I did a few years years ago. Re-installed it and it fired up and ran like a top.
