Power window switch

I have noticed that the 2013 or 2014 trucks have the automatic window up and down switch for the driver and passenger side windows. I am wondering if anyone knows if I get the switches for the newer trucks if they will plug directly into my 2010 wiring harness & work correctly? Anyone already tried this?

I'll be subbing, I have a feeling that that auto up and down has to do with programming the truck to do so, but I could be wrong

update

Here's an update. Took apart the door switches on my truck and a newer truck today. The bad news is it is NOT a plug and play operation like I'd hoped. Maybe a Ford tech or someone a lot smarter on this than me could help us out. Would really like this option but not going to jump through a lot of hoops or spend a ton of money to do it. The picture with the 4 small wires is from the newer truck. The other one is from my 2010.
