Precision 6466 and Exergy 10mm pump

On a 10mm with stock injectors and that 6466 id be running a 2200ms tune all day.

Then again you have a stock trans and a 13' bottom end sooooooo....idk LOL

Truck is pretty strong on the 1750 so if I can floor it and not have to worry about melting the trans thats probably what ill run but I'm gonna have them send me a 2000us and maybe a 2200us over just in case

thanks fellas, im pretty happy with how it turned out. might get some powder coating done down the road but for now im liking the raw finish. the sound that this engine makes with a 5" no muffler pipe and non vgt turbo is just sex at every rpm. it has a really deep rumble or drone maybe at 1800 and again at 22-2300 which personally i love. turbo has a much more pronounced whooshing when you cut the throttle which sounds pretty sweet. a quick stab of the throttle and whoever is walking on the sidewalk is damn near jumping out of their shoes if i stab the throttle rolling by with the converter unlocked. its fun

I want to pull the spare tire and the deff tank this weekend to try and get some dead weight off the thing. other that that i have a cross country trip coming up so ill update how it performs going from sea level and through colorado to vegas and back around. not towing anything but i will have my streetbike in the bed so it wont be "empty".

Got a 2200 file loaded in it today. I just don't see the stock trans lasting very long. For whatever reason it has pretty bad shift flares under light throttle. Did a kam reset amd relearn. Over very happy with it though!

I retract my statement about running the 1750 tune... this 2200 tune is just too much fun. Tried messing with a c6 vette last night he wouldn't go for it even tho ida probably gotten whooped from a roll

This sounds like a very fun setup. I'm not sure why everyone is so concerned with the stock transmission though. I mean, I'm sure it'll give out over time but on my 2015 I had a RCD Stroker Pump and a Drop in VGT and beat the ever loving crap out of it constantly and never had an issue with the trans. I think that boils down to the tuning and I was running GeeDeePee as well. Ask them for their High/Firm Shift Trans tune. That's probably what they built into your file since it's Non VGT but I absolutely loved that. I put 65k on that truck uncountable drag strip passes between 7.9's and 8.0's and it never missed a beat. I wouldn't worry too much :thumbsup:

Roger that man. Im getting more comfortable with it now for sure. Been running the 2200 tune still and it cuts the power on the shifts significantly which im sure helps. Deffinetly a fun setup and I swear it spools as good as the stocker lol

You're one of the lucky ones then. Most 6R's don't live terribly long at 650whp + after being flogged on. 11-16 6R trans were much better about it no doubt, ill say that. 17-19 stock 6R = trash past 600whp +

That I can more agree with. Kind of weird but that does seem to be the case. I was definitely pretty lucky with that truck. I have so many videos of just destroying that thing it doesn't make any sense lol.
