I don't know where I ended up, but I was in the top 10 for most of the day, was 10th place around 4pm. And that's with several of the higher horse pulls being nitrous hits. (They didn't separate the fuel only from nitrous numbers).

Maybe it was on a different tune/setup than what made 12xx fuel only or 1600 on the squeeze...

Tyler@sdp red crew cab truck has been putting the hurt on some little dynos lately.

I'm not trying to take anything away from it, he's gone 10's in that 8000+lb truck with a 6r140 which is one of the most impressive things I've seen this year Imo.

It's just funny how things go once Facebook gets ahold of it, because now a s476 is good for 1600hp, and you're an idiot if you say otherwise.

I see. I figured it was some shop's truck. Even mid 900's is pretty good on a 6.7 for fuel only from what I've seen. Very few out there.

which is EXACTLY where that turbo should be on fuel . all of us with similar turbo's are in the 950 range. its not rocket science, and it certainly isnt 1200 . my 75 has done 905 , 928, and 959 ... ive always figured it a 950 hp setup .

Yeah I got the 6466 kit through elite, had Midwest install it, then later had Midwest get me the 6870 turbo and install it.

Would this turbo be alright towing or is it too big? I just picked up a 2016 and have been reading and reading about everything haha

How much do you tow? Riding in Pete's truck there's no doubt you could tow with it, just depends on how often and how heavy.

Right now not much maybe 8k. Might upgrade the camper at some point tho so maybe 12-15k but it still would only be a few times throughout the year.

I tow with mine a lot. Nothing real heavy, probably 12k is the most. I just turn it all the way down with my mini max so it doesn't fuel as hard. I wouldn't say it's ideal, but as long as you keep it in a low enough gear it works great.
