Problem

Ever since I tore my truck down to install injectors. The intercooler boots keep blowing the one coming from the turbo kept blowing(only 4 months old) no big deal rig it up and took it for a test run and the bottom one blows from the pipe to the intercooler. So I went and bought a brand new set from a sponsor here. I install them and the first time I take it out it blows the top one by the turbo. They are great boots so is there something else wrong like intercooler it's self or turbo? I'm lost.

I believe an old trick is to spray hair spray around the y and the intercooler so the boots stick good.

I tried that also and brake kleen. I think there has to be something wrong

What are you torqing the clamps to? Might not be tight enough.
