What are you making the radius arms out of? I'm wondering if they will be strong enough to hold that massive axle in place.

I am planning out a similar setup on my 350 so I might have a few questions as you go.

The radius arms are 2 3/8" Dom tube. Lower tube is sleeved as well. They're 67.5" long. Plenty strong.

Panhard bar. 36" long. Using Evolution Machine and Fabrication isolation joints. That's swank ****.

Bottom line is. It got a facelift and rides on air now. With Icon dual rates up front. Rides great now. Plants the power solidly to the ground.

That looks great, I'm very jealous mine isn't sitting on air in the back end.

Couple things I might have missed, what joints did you use? And can you take more pictures of the arms?

Used Evolution Machine and Fabrication joints on the panhard bar. And highway tractor torque rod rubber bushings on the link ends. The frame end bushings use a 1 1/4" bolt. The diff end bushings use a 1" bolt. Spun some custom sleeves on a lathe to press the bushings into. Had 1" fine thread shanks spun up as well to make the top 2 joints of the arms adjustable. For pinion angles. Panhard is fully adjustable side to side.

I can try. But it's turned out to be pretty hard to get a shot of the whole arm being so long and under the truck. The arms aren't totAlly finished yet either. Going to cope a couple pieces of tube still to go in between the upper and lower. But Ran out of time had to drive back out to the mine for my rotation.
