Question about larger atmo turbos

When I blew a HG, I did studs and the Elite 71. That was 1.5 yrs ago and put 26k since then. 80% of those miles were towing and grossing up to 33500 or so. I have never had an issue with this turbo.

Are you using a WG?

Got the 73mm atmo on today with some other goodies so shall see how it goes.

Are you using a WG?

No, when I tow, I never run a tune high enough to cause a problem with boost or EBP. I do run into EBP issues on hot tunes at WOT above 2500 RPM. I have had a gate in the garage for over a year waiting for an install, just haven't got around to it and I would prefer not to have it towing cause it is just one more thing I can break and a lot of times hundreds or even a thousand miles from home.

How's it running man?

Weather is crap here. Seemed to haul the mail from 65-90mph the one time I did get a chance to get on it though on the highway. Seems deeper at idle with not so much hair dryer. It is laggier than stock with no boost but I expected that and its not bad. Feels like it is going to be a different animal. Now to I got to figure out if I have a power steering leak or not.
