Thanks for the useful input Bockhold... lol

I took some videos of it ALMOST starting. But of course I can't get them to upload yet.
So I'll get them tonight hopefully.

Thanks for all the input guys. I really appreciate it.
I work on these things constantly and have for 4-5 years. But I'll always appreciate any kind of advice

We've got another 6.0 that shoots sparks out of the EGR valve (when it's removed and running).
It's got about 1/2" of sludge and crap built up in the intake and eats coolant. It's smoking a bit out the exhaust
so I imagine it's just the EGR cooler.
But this is getting ridiculous.....

I remember this because "passengers are odd". Especially if they're in my truck... :lookaround:

It's hard keeping track of what info I've given on here and what I've given on the org about it.
Because we have 3 PSDs down right now and I first tried over at the org and it seams that they aren't as busy as they were a year ago.

Some injectors buzz stronger than others, some have been replaced with OEM sticks, some have been O'Reilly specials, some are original.

My entire problem is that I was thrown into this entire fleet and no one knew/knows how a PSD works or what to do/not do.

It's not even the same motor that came with the truck :eek:wned:

I will be doing a compression test soon. My main question is how do you find out which injectors are bad?? (If there is a way)
BC like I said, some are new, some are crap... :slap:

Do a buzz test with it cold and write down the injectors that seem really weak. If you can get it started then immediately moniter the perdals until the motor completely warms up and see if there is any bad perdals that match the bad buzz tests on the same cylinders. I know this is a longshot but its worth a try before guessing.
