Radius Arm front suspension

Front and rears are wider esp '08 up the best ones to use.width aprox 4" wider.
'05-07 rear is narrower, '08 up wider.

Here is a '97 with '08 axles and stock 20" rims and tires.

If I ran a 3 link would that eliminate the need for a trac/panhard bar?
