Yeh, maybe its an issue with the hydra then, skimmed over thepart where you said you put the ts back on

It must be got a new one on the way so well see. Ts chip is still in running fine as of now.

I had the same issue with my 7.3.. It would die when I turn the headlights on. Had hydra with gh tunes.

I had to electrical tap it so it was tight on the pcm and I didn't have any issues after that but I don't know if it ever came back as I sold the truck

Got the new chip today it's in and all taped up well see how it goes. Only about 20 mins of testing so far but no problems.
